  1. How much does it cost - price list on Booqable
  2. Where do we choose the tartans? View all stock on booqable - Kilts include Flower of Scotland, Black Watch Modern, Douglas Modern, Spirit of Scotland, Grey Granite and Jethart
  3. What's included? Kilt, Jacket, Bow tie or tie, Belt & Buckle (on request), Sporran, Flashes, Sporran, Sgian Dubh, Socks (not returned), Shirt can be provided £20 to keep. Checklist here 
  4. Can we do Trews? Yes! Smaller range of stock but available  in sizes Waist 32 inches to 60 inches in various tartans
  5. Can we do Kids kilts? Yes even teeny totty ones and little waistcoats and jackets too
  6. Length of hire - 4 days, with pick up and drop off in Duns, additional days can be purchased with a per day additional cost of £25 
  7. Can I hire just a Kilt or a Jacket - yes as long as we have enough stock. Cost in Booqable.
  8. How do I make an appointment? Phone Duns, email hire@scotlandshop.com or book online 
  9. If I hired before from David Thomson before do you have my measurements? Yes we do - spreadsheet here and this references a book number and the book contains the measurements
  10. Does customer have to be measured? If it's the first time they have hired from us or David Thomson we would advise this and if they don't want to be they need to take full responsibility for items not fitting and we cannot guarantee we can provide corrected sizes at the last minute
  11. Can we ship outfits out?  Try and avoid this just now until we get good but longer term Yes - cost will be 6 day hire and shipping £xxx which includes a reply paid label for return of the outfits
